About Vote Book

Vote Book started with a simple idea: you should be able to walk into the voting booth with everything you need to make an informed decision. That means every race on your ballot, from Congress down to county commission, with fair, even-handed information about each candidate.

Corrections and ideas are welcome: [email protected]. Please include a link to your source.

Why local first

The decisions that hit your property tax bill, your kids' school and your road get made at city hall and the county commission, and they're the hardest records to find. Vote Book started in Baldwin County, Alabama (see Alabama) and is working outward, one state and one county at a time.
