“Our freedoms as guaranteed both in the United States and Alaska constitutions must be protected. All people regardless of their ethnicity, race, religion, gender, and personal identity deserve a voice at the table. I am willing to be the voice for residents of District 26 in the Alaska State House of Representatives. I am an advocate for education from birth through adulthood. We are all lifelong learners, and we must have access to factual information.” (Alaska Division of Elections Official Election Pamphlet)
“We must increase the funding of the BSA and stabilize that funding. In addition, we have to support systematic changes that will improve the quality of education for ALL children in Alaska. This needs to start with funding early childhood education. Education is my number one priority. Children are our future. We also draw residents to our state and retain residents when we have outstanding public education and library systems.” (Alaska Division of Elections Official Election Pamphlet)
“One of our greatest responsibilities is to protect the land and wildlife. Responsible resource development will guarantee access to fishing, hunting, hiking, and exploring for future generations. I support the use of renewable energy. We must shift toward renewables now to meet our immediate and future energy needs. We face many challenges as a state. I believe in the power of working together through creative and thoughtful solutions to make life more affordable for our citizens.” (Alaska Division of Elections Official Election Pamphlet)
