“Thirty years of business and non-profit work in all aspects of business management, bookkeeping, tax preparation, contracts, negotiation, Federal Aviation Regulations, crisis management, training and mentoring people has prepared me to hit the ground running in Juneau, where I'll fight for policies that help hard-working Alaskans keep more of what they earn. My Key Priorities: -Protect the PFD; ensure a fair share for Alaskans.”
(Alaska Division of Elections Official Election Pamphlet) “My goal is to bring back the connection between hard work and productivity to a good life and a future full of opportunity for our kids. I have served my community the same way I plan to serve the people of my district: a lot of hard work, positive attitude, and all-in dedication. I will always advocate for District 30 and work with others in the legislature to ensure the costs for working families in Alaska remain front and center.”

“Linn and I have lived in Big Lake for ten years. We are blessed with adult children and many grandchildren. I'm retired from the USCG and have lived in Alaska for over 44 years. I have a BS Degree, an MBA, and am a retired 747 Captain for a major international air cargo airline. It has been a privilege to serve as your Representative for House District 30 these past three terms. There are real problems facing Alaska and the families of our district.”
(Alaska Division of Elections Official Election Pamphlet) “Legislators have a choice; we can run from those problems or we can run towards them with leadership, service, and ideas for solutions, leaving a better Alaska for our children and grandchildren. The time for standing around and watching is over. It's time to do, not to delay. I'm not pursuing reelection for economic gain or power, but because I continue to believe that the direction of State government needs to change.”
(Alaska Division of Elections Official Election Pamphlet) “We must get back to conservative values and morals as well as fiscal sanity in Alaska. We need bold leadership, a sustainable budget, a strong Permanent Fund Dividend, reduced regulation, support for resource development, and respect for the constitution. I'm ethical, engaged, and invested in making a real difference. I would be honored to continue serving you in Juneau.”

“After a 25-year career in law enforcement and building a small business for the past 5 years, I am excited to pursue another form of public service here in Alaska. I would be honored to represent the people of District 30 as their next State Representative. As a lifelong Alaskan, I am passionate about ensuring our children can all enjoy the same bounties that I have enjoyed in my life here. I have spoken with many of you; I agree our priorities are to be:”
(Alaska Division of Elections Official Election Pamphlet) “-Diversify & Stabilize the Economy: We must encourage and attract new investment by reducing unnecessary regulations and providing for a predictable business environment to help end the outmigration of Alaska residents and businesses. -Alaskans first for fish and game: I will fight to ensure Alaskans get first opportunities to our fish and game resources.”
