Judicial philosophy
Throughout my career, I have strictly followed the law as it is written, defended the fundamental rights, freedoms, and liberties that each of us are guaranteed by the U.S. and Alabama constitutions, and fought to preserve the conservative foundation upon which our judicial system is built.
Brad Mendheim is not a current member of Congress, so there is no congressional roll-call record to show. State legislative or local records are not yet compiled.
Only criminal charges, convictions, civil judgments, ethics findings, official censures and open official ethics investigations (House or Senate Ethics Committee, Office of Congressional Conduct, or a state ethics commission), from official records or at least two independent mainstream news outlets. An open investigation is not a finding. Civil suits without a judgment and complaints with no official investigation are not listed.
No records found in sources checked (as of Oct 21, 2026).
