Utility rates
As the 2026 Democratic Nominee for Public Service Commissioner, I will focus on fair rates, reliable service, and transparent decision-making, putting Alabama consumers first while ensuring our utilities remain strong and dependable.
PSC expansion law
I am absolutely not happy with the way they changed the rules. The way they changed the rules, I think, violates our constitutional rights, our voting rights, my due process rights, equal protection rights and separation of powers.
Regulation
I will champion fair rates, reliable service, and transparent regulation.
Rate review
We can push for Alabama Power to submit to a rate case review out of good faith. If what you are charging the citizens of Alabama is legitimate, then you should not have a problem opening up the books. And it is our job to regulate.
