Tom Delnicki is the incumbent Republican / Independent Party member of the Connecticut House of Representatives representing District 14, running for re-election on the November 3, 2026 general election ballot. District 14 covers parts of Hartford County. Tom Delnicki was born in South Windsor, Connecticut where he lives as of September 2019. He graduated from South Windsor High in 1974. Delnicki earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut. He retired from the Metropolitan District as a Facilities/Maintenance Supervisor. Additionally, he served on the South Windsor Town Council from 1995 to 2007 and began serving in the same capacity in 2009. During his time on the Council Tom has been Mayor twice, Deputy Mayor, and served on the first Strategic Planning Committee formed in 1999.
