Pat Boyd District 50 covers parts of Windham County. As of October 2019, Pat Boyd was born in Norwich, Connecticut. He graduated from Plainfield High School in 1999. Boyd earned a bachelor's degree in history from Eastern Connecticut State University. As of October 2019, he is assistant dean of students, history teacher, dorm parent and baseball coach at the Pomfret School.
