Representative Mastrofrancesco has worked as a sales manager for ATT Advertising and as director of community relations for Benchmark Senior Living at The Village at Kensington Place in Meriden. In 2009 she was elected to the Wolcott Town Council and has held the role of vice-chairwoman for over seven years. She has also served as chair of the Town Negotiations Committee and as a member of the Finance Committee.
