Water Quality & Infrastructure: “We’re small and we need money. We have some growth in Frostproof, but not a lot. We need the revenue to support infrastructure coming in. The septic to sewer ensures that before these developers get finished, they are connected to the sewer, which brings revenue to the city and keeps stuff out of the lakes. We want to keep those leaks away from the lakes.”
