Election Administration: “In addition, supervisors of elections across our sixty-seven counties will need to update precinct assignments, voter notifications, ballot designs, and election systems on a compressed timeline, with cost implications they did not budget for. Sound fiscal stewardship counsels against creating these costs absent a clear constitutional or legal need.”
