Why running
It’s time to send in the doctor and give a dose of common sense to Washington.
John Cowan is not a current member of Congress, so there is no congressional roll-call record to show. State legislative or local records are not yet compiled.
Only criminal charges, convictions, civil judgments, ethics findings, official censures and open official ethics investigations (House or Senate Ethics Committee, Office of Congressional Conduct, or a state ethics commission), from official records or at least two independent mainstream news outlets. An open investigation is not a finding. Civil suits without a judgment and complaints with no official investigation are not listed.
