Public Safety & Justice: “The Georgia House is committed to protecting victims of trafficking and prosecuting individuals who target victims and hurt women. Our work to eradicate human trafficking is far from over, and we’ll continue to work on legislation that protects victims and vulnerable individuals at risk for human trafficking.”
(Georgia House Press Office) Legislative priorities: “As technology and social media use continues to evolve and grow in popularity, it is imperative that we take steps to ensure that minors cannot fall victim to those who wish to groom them and cause them harm. Now, we are sending a clear message to these perpetrators that this behavior will not be tolerated in Georgia.”
