Economy, jobs & cost of living: “I’m most passionate about the issues that directly impact working families: affordable housing, childcare, and healthcare. These are vital to our economy because they determine whether people can afford to live, work, and raise a family in our community. When housing is out of reach, childcare costs force parents out of the workforce, and healthcare becomes unaffordable, families fall behind. I’m focused on practical solutions that lower costs, expand access, and ensure our economy works for the people doing the work” (Ballotpedia Candidate Connection survey)
Elections, voting & government reform: “I am passionate about voting rights. Our collective voting rights are stripped away by unnecessary laws and prohibitions. Voting rights have been under attack from all sides in Georgia, with Cobb and District 37 facing serious redistricting and gerrymandering issues.” (Ballotpedia Candidate Connection survey)
Housing: “I look up to my mother. As a single parent, she worked hard to provide a good life for my sisters and I. Her tenacity and self-discipline has always been an example that I have followed in my life growing up and now as a parent to my daughter.” (Ballotpedia Candidate Connection survey)
Education & schools: “I possess many qualities that I believe would make me a successful officeholder. I am an attorney who has spent years studying and understanding both our state and federal constitution. I have even taught constitutional law at the University level. I have served the state of Georgia for over a decade as a prosecutor and then as a Soldier. My military service has taught me the importance of teamwork and sacrifice for the benefit of others.” (Ballotpedia Candidate Connection survey)
