“Thank you for the opportunity and privilege to continue to serve you in the State Legislature. Since 2018, we have accomplished much together. We were able to address homelessness in our community by opening the Kāneʻohe Joint Outreach Center, protect our natural environment, support and provide funding for education and schools, and receive over $102 million dollars in funding for our community. I am happy with what we have accomplished together; however, I know that there is still more work to be done.”
(Lisa Kitagawa campaign website) “Windward O‘ahu has always been my home – it is the place where I grew up and it is now the place where I am raising my family. As a born and raised Kāne‘ohe resident, I can genuinely say that this community has helped to shape and raise me into the person I am today, and for that I will always be grateful.”
(Lisa Kitagawa campaign website) “My heart is to continue to serve you and our community and to make our home in Windward O‘ahu and the State of Hawai‘i a better place to live, work, and raise our families.”
