Minnesota State House District 26B

“I am a working class Millennial who knows what it's like to raise a family in the 21st century. Minnesota has one of the highest costs of child care in the nation; the cost for a family to put two kids in child care is double that of the average cost of rent. It's time to take legislative action to help alleviate the biggest financial burden on families today.” (Ballotpedia Candidate Connection survey)

“For me, the role of an elected official is one of public service. Everyone's job in a community is essential. From the teacher educating our kids, to the police officer making sure people aren't speeding through school zones, to the worker stocking shelves at the grocery store, to the parent at home with their newborn.” (Ballotpedia Candidate Connection survey)

“Hardworking Minnesotans will be receiving some needed tax relief thanks to these agreements, and I’m pleased to have helped craft and approve these proposals before session concluded.” (Minnesota House of Representatives (house.mn.gov))

“The public rightfully is demanding action and accountability after $9 billion has been lost to fraud in Minnesota. It’s clear our state can’t continue down it’s current path, and an inspector general would provide a needed fraud safeguard.” (Minnesota House of Representatives (house.mn.gov))
