Biography Representative Jim Schulte, a Republican, represents part of Callaway County (District 49) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2022. In addition to his service as a legislator, Schulte is a cattle farmer who raises registered Dexter cattle and the owner/operator of Sand Spring Shooting Academy.
