Education: “Education is the path to ensure prosperity for our children and our communities. Ray's grandmother was a teacher and showed him the need to support education at all levels. From teachers and support staff to local school systems and preschool programs, a solid educational foundation provides the best outcomes for our most precious resource, our children.”
(Campaign website) Agriculture & Rural Communities: “Ray comes from a family rooted in farming. Agriculture provided a means for his great-grandfather and his children, as it has for so many North Carolina families. As a significant economic driver for the state and the 2nd district, we need to support our farmers with proven programs to preserve and protect our farming tradition.”
