“Hello! My name is Reed Johnson and I am a proud North Dakotan and Grand Forks resident. I grew up in Dickinson, and after high school I had the honor to attend and graduate from West Point. I served as a United States Army Officer before leaving the Army and attending law school at the University of North Dakota. I remain committed to supporting efforts to lower property tax, increase government efficiency, and support the University of North Dakota and other Grand Forks employers.”
(Ballotpedia Candidate Connection Survey) “I support the governor's efforts with property tax relief and look forward to seeing new ways and methods to make Grand Forks a more affordable place to live and raise a family. North Dakotans expect a government that works for them and is not overly complex. I support efforts to streamline government where available and support the use of North Dakota businesses to contract with the state where necessary. The University of North Dakota is a cornerstone of Grand Forks, and the state must assist UND in encouraging efforts to develop the workforce of the future.”
