Copied from the county board's scanned certification. It lists no candidate for City of Plattsburgh Ward 3 City Councilor (1-year unexpired term) or for Town of Clinton Town Clerk. Propositions: a City of Plattsburgh charter revision, and two Town of Clinton local laws making the town clerk and tax collector appointed. The Town of Altona councilperson race is printed as "vote for up to" with no number, so "Vote for" is left blank. The State Supreme Court race is from the State Board of Elections certification.

Party lines as printed by the county board (D = Democratic, R = Republican, C = Conservative, WF = Working Families; other parties and independent lines are spelled out). New York allows "fusion" voting: a candidate can appear on several party lines, and the votes on every line count together.

Town, city and village races are listed under each municipality; you vote only in the ones where you live, and county legislature and court races by district. Governor, U.S. House, State Senate and Assembly are on the state page. Seats per race ("Vote for N") are as printed by the board; where the board's list does not say, the page shows "see your ballot".
