Campaign site
“New York needs its family farms, and I will be proud to be an advocate for our farmers, so that the generations of work that have gone into this precious resource will be continued for generations to come.”
(Campaign theme excerpt (via Ballotpedia)) “Common Core should be a set of recommendations, not a straitjacket for our schools. Instead of forcing its costly mandates on our communities, let’s dedicate those resources to equipping our classrooms with the best technology and rewarding our teachers for excellence.”
(Campaign theme excerpt (via Ballotpedia)) “We can grow our economy and jobs all across New York—if we use our common sense and cut the red tape and the taxes, the way we’ve done in Deerpark. Albany needs to tighten its belt, live on a sensible budget, work smarter, and stop throwing obstacles in the way of hiring—and I know how to make it happen!”
