Position history

Governance

  1. Oct. 8, 2026 (in an interview with 13abc WTVG on the conflict in Iran and lowering the cost of living)
I believe it's important that this military conflict is wrapped up. I think we need to put America first. We're not the world's policemen. We cannot afford to have Iran attain a nuclear weapon. I think we have for the most part taken care of and eliminated that risk. I think it's time that we wrapped this up.

Economy

  1. Oct. 8, 2026 (in an interview with 13abc WTVG on tariffs and trade)
I want to reduce the cost of living. Many of the tariffs increase the cost of living. I'm not a fan of tariffs that are going to drive up the cost of living. What I am supportive of are fair trade deals in America.
