“I'm passionate about Education Reform in Oklahoma. Our state has gone from 17th in the national rankings to 50th since 2011. As a 42 year retiree of public education I've been a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and school district superintendent watching our state's education system wither as funding was gradually decreased. The Oklahoma Tribes gave money to the state to help fund these losses.”
(Ballotpedia Candidate Connection) ““ I’m running because I watched Oklahoma’s schools fall from 17th to 50th in the nation, and I know we can do better for our kids.””
(Campaign website) “These are some of the top priorities our campaign is focused on.”
