Brian Newberry is the incumbent Republican member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives representing District 48 (North Smithfield, Burrillville) on the November 3, 2026 general election ballot. Newberry earned his bachelor's degree in American History/Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania in 1993 and his J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1996.
