Nov 3, 2026 general election · U.S. Senate and Governor
Phones at the polls: Texas law bars using cellphones, tablets, smart watches and similar devices in the room where voting is taking place (Tex. Elec. Code § 61.014). You may not be able to look things up on your phone while you vote, so consider printing a cheat sheet with the Print my ballot button on any race or county page. Paper notes are generally allowed; ask your election office if unsure.
