Economy & Cost of Living: “After graduation Shae stayed involved, working on several political campaigns, and later as a legislative staffer in the State Capitol. When the Act 10 chaos hit, Shae was proud to stand with Chad Weininger, Andre Jacque, and Governor Walker against the protestors that stormed the building, getting the job done for the hard-working taxpayers of Wisconsin.” (Campaign website)
Energy, Utilities & Environment: “Shae was first elected to the Assembly in 2018 and has been fighting for the district ever since. From fighting for environmentally friendly and economic dredging laws for Two Rivers to fighting to add the De Pere Southern Bridge, Shae is proud to represent the people of 2nd Assembly District.” (Campaign website)
Priorities & Governance: “Today, Shae drives trucks once a week to help with the supply chain, and to help put food on the table for his kids. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing, and spending time with his family.” (Campaign website)

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you : “Show up and represent the district. Government works better when elected officials actually listen to the people they represent. I believe in showing up, being accessible, answering difficult questions, and putting the needs of the district ahead of party politics.” (Ballotpedia Candidate Connection survey (2026))
Taxes, budget & cost of living: “I’m passionate about protecting local control and making sure communities, not politicians, decide what development is right for them, especially when it affects farmland and water. I care deeply about making life more affordable for working families through better wages, anti-compression protections, affordable child care and access to quality health care. As a Navy veteran, veterans issues are also deeply personal to me, including housing, mental health care and expanding Wisconsin’s veterans property tax credit so more disabled veterans can remain in their homes.” (Ballotpedia Candidate Connection survey (2026))
