Wisconsin State Assembly District 55

Taxes, budget & cost of living: “As a staunch fiscal conservative, I will fight to make sure that every dollar our state government spends is spent wisely. As times have gotten tough, I want to ensure you have the money you earned in your pocket as you will know better how to spend it than the government.” (Ballotpedia Candidate Connection survey (2022))

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?: “Cybersecurity will be a pivotal area of policy when I'm elected to office. Our world is advancing at exponential speeds in the terms of technology and we need to ensure everyone's personal data is protected both from foreign and internal cyber threats. This is a bi-partisan issue that we all can agree needs to be addressed as soon as possible.” (Ballotpedia Candidate Connection survey (2022))

Education: “Alex Corrigan didn’t come from money or connections. She came from a family that worked hard and figured it out, and that’s exactly how she leads today. She chose to put down roots in the 55th District, raise her 4 kids here, and serve this community on the school board. What she’s seen up close is that the problems keeping her neighbors up at night aren’t local failures.” (Campaign website)

Education: “They’re state level decisions landing on local families like a weight nobody in Madison seems to notice. Property taxes climbing. Utility bills nobody can explain. Teachers the community adore, leaving a profession they love because the funding isn’t there. Alex isn’t running because she has all the answers.” (Campaign website)

Education: “Strengthen Community Manage Increasing Costs Uplift Education.” (Campaign website)
