“I'm pro-teachers and education. WV isn't funding education enough and we need to change that. Unions and Workers Rights are at the forefront of creating lasting change here. We need good jobs to get folks to want to live and work here. Healthcare is a right. We need to ensure that WV has access to Healthcare for everyone. That includes everything from ensuring affordable health care to abortion.” (Ballotpedia Candidate Connection Survey)
“Education and Women's Healthcare are top priorities for me.” (Ballotpedia Candidate Connection Survey)
“Thinking Big. We need to see the big picture. We can't fix everything over night or by passing one bill. We need to look long term at how we fix what's broken in this state.” (Ballotpedia Candidate Connection Survey)

“We will not abandon these guarantees of individual liberty in the pursuit of hollow 'solutions' that will not solve the current issue, much less guarantee freedom to the generations that will follow us.” (West Virginia Legislature News Release (wvlegislature.gov))
“Legislators calling for 'red flag' laws are preying upon the fear generated by the actions of madmen that would carry out their acts regardless of any laws this State would enact. What is clear to us is the breakdown of the family will not be overcome by well-intentioned but misplaced legislation that does nothing to solve the core issues that lead to these tragedies.” (West Virginia Legislature News Release (wvlegislature.gov))
